Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Matchdayยฐ store and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Overview

By accessing or buying from this store you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping, and Returns policies.

2. Products & originality

Matchdayยฐ sells original, premium supporter gear. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, federation, or governing body. Team and country names are used descriptively to indicate the colourway and style a garment is inspired by. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.
  • The amount charged is calculated server-side at checkout; the final total (including any shipping and estimated tax) is shown before you pay.
  • We accept payment via Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link) and PayPal. By paying you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. If an item is unavailable after you order, we'll notify you and refund any payment for that item.

5. Shipping & risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates (see our Shipping policy). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duties/taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

6. Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchdayยฐ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Matchdayยฐ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
