Shipping & Delivery
Every Matchday order ships worldwide with full tracking. Here's exactly what to expect.
1โ3 business days to quality-check and dispatch your kit.
Typically 1โ3 weeks for international delivery, fully tracked.
Standard shipping is free on orders above $75. Express at checkout.
Delivery times
Matchday kits are made-to-order from our supply partners and shipped internationally with tracked delivery. Estimated timeframes after the 1โ3 business-day processing window:
- Standard (tracked): 7โ21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Express (tracked): 5โ10 business days where available โ selectable at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, peak periods (major tournaments, holidays), and carrier delays.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
- Orders under $75 are charged a flat standard-shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Express shipping is a flat additional fee, shown at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, track your parcel using the link in your shipping-confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping costs may apply).
